Renovation of a large end of terrace late Victorian Period property that, because it is within a Conservation Area, required the works to be constrained within the existing envelope of the building.

Successive poorly built extensions had been added over the years, in a haphazard and unsympathetic way, which were removed and rebuilt maintaining the same forms.

This led to interesting and unique double height spaces of double height with large areas of glazing drawing daylight down into the kitchen.
